Willie Nelson, Wife Annie To Release Cannabis Cookbook

Country legend Willie Nelson and his wife Annie are set to release a recipe book, containing a collection of "cannabis-infused delicacies," on November 12th via Gallery Books.

The 256-pages Cannabis Cookbook: Mouthwatering Recipes and the High-Flying Stories Behind Them contains recipes for foods from the couple's "favorite meals on nationwide tours, at the ranch, at home, and in their favorite cities along the way."

There are recipes for buffalo wings, fried chicken, and chocolate cake, as well as "additional chapter providing a full suite of cannabis-infused base ingredients-cannabutter, finishing oil, simply syrups, sugars, salts, and tinctures."

"Over a lifetime of study," Nelson remarks in the cookbook, "I learned that pot is more than pleasure. Its positive properties are limitless. It's a blessing and a blast. It's good fuel."

The Nelsons co-authored the publication with David Ritz, Mia Tangredi, and chef Andrea Drummer.

Country superstar Randy Travis is bringing his "More Life Tour" to the iconic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville on June 5th.

The show will feature the Country Music Hall of Famer's original touring band and special guest vocalist James Dupre.

The "More Life Tour" will offer a musical odyssey through Travis' chart-topping hits, complemented by video highlights from his career in music, film and TV. Travis won't be taking the microphone due to the 2013 stroke that left him with aphasia, but he and his wife Mary will take the stage the entire show to engage with fans and enjoy the music.

Dupre and the band will perform all 16 of Travis' No. 1s including "On The Other Hand," "Forever and Ever, Amen" and "Three Wooden Crosses."

Recently, a new AI-generated single from Travis was released. "Where That Came From" is Travis' first song in over a decade. The track was created with Travis' longtime producer Kyle Lehning and a group of musicians including Dupre, who supplied the vocal bed for the song.
